After being quite impressed with Nightfall, Jasun Mark’s directorial debut for TitanMen, I had high expectations for his latest venture, Grind. I’m happy to report that Mr. Mark didn’t let me down. While his films are unmistakably Titan in nature (beautiful muscle hunks, some natural body hair here, a few hot tattoos there), he’s got a certain touch that’s all his own – an intimate sensibility that draws viewers in, glues them to their seat and has them attempting to prolong their orgasm in an effort to stave off reality (if only for a few more minutes). Indeed, it seems to be a real shame to hit the "stop" button on anything Mark has directed lately.
Grind opens strong with the pairing of Jessy Ares and relative-newcomer James Corman. After some heavy petting on a rooftop, the boys move inside to suck each other’s cocks. Jessy plays top to James’ bottom, but it’s James who spends a good amount of time on top of Jessy, riding him hard while his stiff dick bounces in the air. Jimmy Durano plays a sketch artist who’s more than a little turned on by his muse, Cavin Knight, in scene two, but it’s scene three that really seals the deal: a threesome mash-up of Caleb Colton, Christopher Daniels and Collin Stone. Caleb plays a tattoo artist doing some work on Collin while Christopher watches and plays with his bulge. Collin is soon switching back and forth between the two gorgeous cocks being fed to him, eventually getting fucked by Christopher in the back and Caleb in the front. Then, in a mouthwatering turn of events, Christopher plays bottom for a while before everyone shoots their load. Nice touch – I love a good flip-flop fuck.
All said and done, Grind is a mighty fine porno flick. I remember reading a blog a while back that wondered what Mark would do if he were given a "full-fledged movie script" to direct (I assume they mean for a non-pornographic film), but why ponder such a thing. He’s ours... and we’re keeping him.
